Meet the Teachers

EMMA BUTENSKYHead Teacher - Yellow Room
I am thrilled to be teaching at Building Bridges! I hold a B.A. in Education and Mathematics from Vassar College and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Early Childhood Education. With four years of experience teaching at Vassar’s nursery school, I have developed a profound love for preschoolers. I am constantly inspired and awed by their creative minds, and love nothing more than to engage them in books, art, and imaginative play. When not teaching, you can find me tap dancing, beekeeping, or drumming to my heart’s content.
